FreelanceBook collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, PAN, GSTIN, business address, and state. We also collect invoice, expense, and tax data you enter into the platform. We do not collect any financial data such as bank account numbers or credit card information — payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
Your information is used to provide and improve FreelanceBook services, generate invoices, calculate tax estimates, send advance tax reminders, and communicate important updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored on Supabase servers with encryption at rest and in transit. Receipt images are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement industry-standard security practices including authentication, authorization, and regular security audits.
You can access, update, or delete your data at any time from your account settings. You may also request complete data export or account deletion by contacting us. Upon account deletion, all your personal data, invoices, expenses, and uploaded receipts are permanently removed within 30 days.
FreelanceBook uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand platform usage and improve the product. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
